How to Resolve Issues with Upgrading or Signing In?



We understand that some of our users are currently facing issues when attempting to upgrade their accounts or sign in on Project Casting. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues.

Common Issues:



Cannot Upgrade on the Upgrade Page: Users have reported difficulties upgrading their accounts at projectcasting.com/upgrade.
Cannot Sign In: Some users are experiencing trouble signing in to their accounts on Project Casting.
Possible Solution: Clear Your Cache

The primary cause of these issues appears to be related to caching problems. To resolve this, we recommend clearing your browser cache and then trying again. Here’s a quick guide on how to do this for different browsers:

Google Chrome:



Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
Select "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data."
Choose a time range (e.g., "Last 24 hours" or "All time") and ensure "Cached images and files" is checked.
Click "Clear data."

Firefox:



Click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
Select "Options" and then "Privacy & Security."
Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and click "Clear Data."
Ensure "Cached Web Content" is checked and click "Clear."

Safari:



Click "Safari" in the upper-left corner of the screen and select "Preferences."
Go to the "Privacy" tab and click "Manage Website Data."
Select "Remove All" and then click "Remove Now."

Microsoft Edge:



Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
Select "Settings" and then "Privacy, search, and services."
Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."
Select a time range and ensure "Cached images and files" is checked.
Click "Clear now."
