Project Casting is not a talent agency, employer, or a talent scout; the site is only a platform. Project Casting does not promise or facilitate employment. The number of casting calls, auditions, and jobs available varies by location, roles available, and the level of experience required. As with any business, results may vary based on individual capacity, experience, expertise, and level of dedication.
Refund Policy:
Project Casting has a strict refund policy, and it is only possible to get a refund from us if there is a mistake on our end. If you are certain that you canceled the Project Casting subscription and Project Casting is still charging you for their services, you can get your money back.
Chargeback Policy:
In the event of a chargeback placed by you with your credit card Company (done intentionally or by mistake) for any deposit made by you in your Company’s account, we reserve the right to block your account, and then a thorough investigation will be carried out on behalf of the Company to determine the legitimacy of the chargeback. The blocked time will only be released if the chargeback is found to be valid.
