How to Check Job Applications on Project Casting

Follow the steps below to access, filter, and manage the applications you receive through Project Casting.

Step 1: Log in to Your Project Casting Company Account

To begin, navigate to www.projectcasting.com and sign into your company account. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your email and password.

Once logged in, you will automatically land on your Dashboard, which provides an overview of your account activity, job postings, and other key tools.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Job Applications" Section

From your dashboard, look to the left-hand side navigation menu. Click on the tab labeled Job Applications.

This section is your centralized location for viewing and managing all candidate submissions. Every applicant who has applied to any of your posted jobs will appear in this view, sorted by application date by default.

You will see key information such as:

  • Applicant name

  • Profile completion percentage

  • Job title applied for

  • Application status (e.g., New, Reviewed, Accepted, Rejected)

    Date of application

Step 3: Filter Applications by Specific Job

To narrow down the list of applicants, use the search bar or job dropdown filter at the top of the Job Applications page.

This allows you to:

  • View applicants for a specific job title

  • Sort applicants by application date

  • Use advanced filters for deeper refinement, such as application status or profile completeness

Filtering makes it easier to manage large numbers of applications and helps you focus on the most relevant candidates for each role.

Step 4: Review, Accept, or Reject Applicants

Project Casting makes it easy to track the status of each application and take action directly from your dashboard.

At the top of the Job Applications page, you’ll see tabs for different application stages:

  • Active – All active applications, regardless of status

  • New – Applications you have not reviewed yet

  • Reviewed – Applications you’ve opened or considered

  • Interviewed – Applicants you have interviewed or shortlisted

  • Accepted – Candidates you have selected for the role

  • Rejected – Candidates who were not selected
