How to Message Talent | Project Casting Help Center

As a Talent Agency, you can easily message talent directly from your roster—either individually or in bulk.

Step 1: Go to Your Talent Roster

  1. Log in to your Project Casting account.
  2. Navigate to “Talent roster” from your dashboard.

Step 2: Message a Specific Talent

  1. Locate the talent you want to contact.
  2. Click the message icon next to their profile.
  3. Write your message and send it.

Step 3: Message Multiple Talents

  1. Select one or more talents using the checkbox next to their names.
  2. To select everyone, click “Select all.”
  3. Click “Message selected.”
  4. Enter your message and send it to all selected talents.

Tips
• Use bulk messaging to quickly communicate with your entire roster.
• Double-check your selected recipients before sending.
