Bulk Invite allows companies to:

• Send job invitations to all selected users in one action

How to Use Bulk Invite

Step 1: Go to the Professionals Page

1. Log in to your Company account.

2. Navigate to the Professionals page from your dashboard.

This page displays all available talent profiles on Project Casting.

Step 2: Use Filters to Narrow Your Criteria

Use the filtering tools to find the right talent for your project. You can filter by criteria such as:

• Location

• Age range

• Gender

• Skills or professions

• Experience level

• Premium status (if applicable)

Filtering ensures you only invite professionals who match your casting needs.

Step 3: Select Multiple Professionals

• Use the checkbox on each profile card to select individual professionals, or

• Click Select All to choose all professionals shown in your filtered results

You’ll see a counter indicating how many profiles are selected.

Step 4: Use Bulk Actions → Invite to Job

1. Click Bulk Actions in the top-right corner.

2. Select Invite to Job.

3. Choose the job you want to invite the selected professionals to.

4. Confirm your action.

Your invitations will be sent instantly.

What Happens After Inviting?

• Each selected professional receives a job invitation via Emails

• You can track responses directly from your dashboard under Jobs Applications
